ISTANBUL – His All-Holiness spontaneously visited the Ecumenical Patriarchate’s official Press Center prior to his arrival at the Roman Catholic Cathedral of the Holy Spirit in Istanbul today, where he will attend the Papal Mass for the Roman Catholic community of Istanbul.
Ecumenical Patriarch Bartholomew met with the Press Center Staff and then addressed a large gathering of accredited media (television, radio, newspaper, journals, and blogs) in Greek, Turkish, English, Italian, French and German.
